  • Day 2: Use AI to create a personalised study plan for an upcoming exam
  • Day 3: Use AI to summarise a long reading or textbook chapter
  • Day 4: Use AI as a tutor — ask it to quiz you on a topic
  • Day 5: Use AI to research a topic and produce a structured set of notes
  • Day 6: Use AI to generate practice problems and worked examples
  • Day 7: Reflect — how has AI changed how you learn this week?
Week 2

Week 2: AI for Projects & Presentations

  • Day 8: Use AI to plan and outline your next assignment or project
  • Day 9: Use AI to draft the introduction of a piece of writing — then make it your own
  • Day 10: Use AI to build a presentation outline for a topic you're working on
  • Day 11: Use AI to research your presentation topic and suggest key insights
  • Day 12: Use AI to create visuals or suggest imagery for your presentation
  • Day 13: Use AI to rehearse your presentation — ask it for feedback
  • Day 14: Reflect — what part of your project workflow did AI improve most?
Week 3

Week 3: AI for Career Preparation

  • Day 15: Use AI to analyse a job description and map your current skills to it
  • Day 16: Use AI to improve your CV and tailor it for a specific role
  • Day 17: Use AI to practise answering common interview questions
  • Day 18: Use AI to write a LinkedIn summary that highlights your skills
  • Day 19: Use AI to research an industry or company you want to work for
  • Day 20: Build your student AI toolkit — which tools belong in your workflow?
  • Day 21: Complete your Student AI Portfolio — demonstrate what you've learned
