Pay After Placement — Full Terms
Last updated: [isa_terms_last_updated — will be set before publish]
These terms are being finalized. This page will show the complete, unabbreviated Pay After Placement terms for all programs before the site goes live.
Pay After Placement (PAP) is a deferred tuition arrangement available on eligible SkillShaft Academy programs. The specific conditions vary by program.
General structure
Under the PAP arrangement, you do not pay program fees upfront. Instead, after securing a qualifying role that meets the income threshold defined in your program's ISA conditions, you repay a percentage of your income for a defined number of months, up to a maximum cap.
Eligibility conditions
Each program has specific eligibility conditions covering:
- Minimum attendance percentage across all live sessions
- Minimum assignment completion percentage
- Minimum assessment score threshold
- Participation in scheduled mock interviews
- Geographic eligibility (current placement region)
When repayment begins
Repayment begins only when you secure a qualifying role with income above the threshold defined for your specific program. The exact threshold, income share percentage, duration, and cap are shown on each program's enrollment page.
Maximum repayment cap
Total repayment is capped at the amount specified in your program's ISA conditions. You never pay more than this amount, regardless of income level or duration.
Not a guarantee
Acceptance into a PAP track does not guarantee placement or eligibility for PAP repayment terms. Eligibility for the deferred payment structure is assessed after program completion and is contingent on meeting all conditions.
